Nauman Siddiqui (UET – 85) is a multidisciplinary engineer-entrepreneur whose 30-year career spans the full lifecycle of engineering solutions implementation across Pakistan’s Power, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT and public-sector domains.

He has deep insights into current market requirements as well as global technology landscape. Furthermore, there exists a sizable opportunity in transforming intermediate stage OEM technologies and products into indigenously developed solutions.

It is this middle layer of indigenization and transfer of technology projects that form cornerstone of RCM’s consultancy practise. Nauman has developed a global resource base of technologies and service providers that RCM is enabled to customize to local requirements.

RCM has already delivered more than PKR1.5bn of projects based on indigenization and technology transfer principles. There is a strong demand of these solutions owing to the foreign exchange price and capital constraints in Pakistan.

Delivering projects involves deep understanding of clients technology and integration requirements. Further, value added research and development efforts are required to customize and integrate projects with various legacy systems. RCM is enabled to perform these multi speciality tasks within client approved time and budgets.

At RCM, he provides strategic leadership on projects in its target verticals of Indigenization, AI/Analytics and organizational performance to the sectoral and capabilities teams as well as leading the client relationship portfolio.
